We’re located at 300 South Firestone Street, Suite 100-G, Gastonia, NC 28052, inside the historic Loray Mill building. You’ll find us on the lower level, west end of the building. Just follow the signs.

There are dedicated parking spaces for The Fitness Refinery members located on the west end of the Loray Mill building. However, you’re welcome to park in any available space within the Loray Mill parking lot.

Yes, members must be at least 16 years old to use the facility. Those aged 16-17 are welcome with a parent or guardian present. For day passes, you must be 18 or older to purchase and use the facility independently.
